  • Build vs. Buy analysis of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Created request for information (RFI) of all desirable functionality, worked with both internal and external business partners to implement the solutions (WMS - in-house build; TMS - SaaS implementation).
  • Analyzed, developed and managed a cross-functional team of approx. 30 senior IT associates and business partners to renumber over 50K SKUs (95% of all SKUs), exceeding 1.5M units, impacting 10k associates, customers, clients and systems, in 92 WHSs and 2 DCs. Received recognition for “breaking the code” and “taking the lead” in reference to the analysis and contributions on the project and supporting documentation.
  • Analyzed and implemented >$1.3 million in annual cost-savings in projects relating to energy savings, improving operations efficiencies and effectiveness by reconfiguring over 700K square feet of space, decommissioning 2 existing facilities, and decommissioning the DHL North American Operations in Wilmington, OH.
  • Analyzed, presented and educated senior leaders from global and national business units on US distribution and warehouse operations for application and adoption of best practices across Belron global business units (20 countries).
  • Analyzed and implemented a $750K operations process improvement for increased efficiencies by rezoning the pick modules.
  • Analyzed and provided KPI metrics for DHL North America Global Metrics Scorecard, consisting of productivity, revenue, hours worked, inventory control and safety.
  • Developed a Freight Strategy with projected savings exceeding $8M annually, advising senior leadership and officers of the company. Received full support from the company President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
  • Developed a migration plan used to lead cross-functional teams to migrate WMS systems back from a 3PL to our in-house WMS for 4 network DCs.
  • Designed and deployed an in-house LMS with annual savings >$1M, tracking individual productivity for >350 employees in >75 labor activities (both direct and indirect). Productivity data and reports are used to monitor performance and reward top performers.
